About Michael Dental Care

In 2005, husband and wife dental team Drs Alex and Abby Michael purchased the practice. To provide the very best in modern dental care, they refurbished every aspect of it.

In creating Michael Dental Care, Alex and Abby sought to build a relaxing, comfortable and friendly environment that their patients would not be afraid to visit.

In 2002, Alex and Abby Michael both gained a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Wales College of Medicine. After qualifying, they immediately undertook an optional year-long vocational training course to further enhance their knowledge of both general dental practice and practice management, before joining highly regarded private practices in Gloucestershire, where they practised for several years.

They have both been awarded the prestigious MFDS and Dip.MFGDP qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons, London, and have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for treating patients with the best that dentistry can offer.

Between them they are members of many prestigious colleges, societies and associations, including The Royal College of Surgeons of England, The College for General Dentistry, The British Dental Association and The British Association for Private Dentistry.

The reputation and success of Michael Dental Care has not come about by chance, but with fantastic support and encouragement from the entire practice team.
